What you can expect from us:  A valuable shopping experience, fast order processing and shipping, prompt and courteous response to any of your inquiries, fair and reasonable resolution for any issues that may arise.  If we fall short of any of these goals, please tell us!  If we meet or exceed these goals, please tell your friends!

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order that you already placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible.  We generally hold orders only 30 minutes before sending them to our warehouse where they enter our automated fulfiillment process.  Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.  Most of the automated processes cannot be interrupted to find and stop specific orders.  If your order cannot be stopped, you are free to refuse delivery or simply return the item to us for a product refund.

 

RETURNS

If you wish to return an order please Contact Us as soon as possible. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you ordered you may return it for a refund if you notify us within 30 days of receipt.  Please allow 7-10 days after we receive the item back for processing of the return and refund.  We will provide a full refund, including return shipping cost, if the return is because the product received is defective, isn't as described, or because it was damaged in shipping; otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

How to Request a Return?

Please contact our customer service team by email at support+returns@greenmarket.com.  You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the products.  When you prepare your items for return, please include your RMA number and Order number in the package, as well as an explanation for the return.
